Centre Square is 85% sold after a successful grand opening weekend!

As expected, the grand opening weekend of Centre Square in Beamsville was a huge success! Homes By Desantis’ third and final phase of this master-planned community was highly anticipated and the proof is in the numbers.
Prospective purchasers began lining up the night before and camped out in order to claim their spot in line. On the morning of the opening, more than 250 people showed up! With prices starting in the mid $200,000s for high quality townhomes, it’s not that surprising that homebuyers were eager to get in on Centre Square.
Another reason we expected Centre Square to be a smashing success is because the first two phases were. At Lincoln Square (Phase 1), Homes by DeSantis sold 110 homes in less than a year.
