Voting for the Building Industry and Land Development Association (BILD) People’s Choice Award is now open!
This is your opportunity to have a say in which new Greater Toronto Area (GTA) community was the best over the last year! The finalists for the People’s Choice Award were selected based on the Project of the Year Low-rise and High-rise categories.
Voters are also eligible to enter a contest for a $250 VISA prepaid card, so review the finalists below and visit the BILD PCA website to cast your vote!
Transit City by CentreCourt Developments Inc./SmartCentres
Located in Vaughan, Transit City is a 100% sold condo planned for 2021 completion. The 55-storey residential tower will be comprised of 551 units and feature a BAR BUCA and BUCA-branded restaurant, the first outside Toronto. Residents will also have a membership to the new 100,000 square foot YMCA next door to Transit City.

This boutique condo is being developed in Toronto’s West Queen West neighbourhood. As you can tell by the name and perhaps the rendering, there is an emphasis on sustainable/green living. The 77 suites feature geothermal heating, LED lighting, and low-VOC materials.
