On Sept. 21, we headed out to 6 Gladstone in Toronto for the Grand Opening of Streetcar Developments’ new Carnaby Presentation Centre.

To celebrate the Grand Opening of the new presentation centre, Streetcar had some gourmet doughnuts available for snacking, and a number of staff to assist the potential homebuyers. Although it was raining pretty steadily throughout the day, interested parties continued to trickle through the front doors into the beautiful presentation centre.

We have to say, The Carnaby Presentation Centre is stunning. The soaring ceilings, the model kitchen, furniture, and floor-to-ceiling windows all come together perfectly, creating an open and sophisticated space.

One feature that really stands out at the Presentation Centre is the intricate model of The Carnaby. It’s so large and detailed that we really got a feel for the impact that The Carnaby will make at Gladstone and Queen in Toronto’s blossoming art district.

About The Carnaby

There are two phases of The Carnaby. At Phase 1, Streetcar is offering a variety of floorplans, which range from studios to two-bedroom+dens, with sizes spanning from 433 to 829 square feet. Prices for Phase 1 are starting in the low $200,000s, and occupancy is scheduled for late 2014.

Phase 2 features one- to two-bedroom+den plans, with sizes ranging from 492 to 935 square feet. The prices in Phase 2 are starting in the mid $200,000s, and occupancy is scheduled for 2015.

Some of the impressive interior features and finishes at The Carnaby include 9’ exposed concrete ceilings, porcelain tiling, quartz and granite countertops, brand name appliances in the designer kitchens, relaxing soaker tubs, and wood veneer cabinetry.

We encourage you to go check out the new Carnaby Presentation Centre as soon as possible. Now that the Presentation Centre is open near the site, there will probably be a lot more foot traffic.
