Building B at The 6th Angus Glen is now open!

If you’re in search of a luxury condo in Markham, one of the best options is The 6th Angus Glen by Kylemore Communities. Construction is well underway at The 6th, and Kylemore recently announced that Building B is now open!
Recently receiving two Ontario Home Builders’ Association (OHBA) Awards of Distinction, The 6th is in high demand, so now is a great time to take a closer look at the suites available in Building B.
Overlooking the south course at the prestigious, award-winning Angus Glen Golf Club, Building B features one- and two-bedroom suites, ranging from 656 to 2,030 square feet, many with dens. There are still a few suites remaining in Building A, ranging from 658 to 1,639 square feet. Most of the available Building A suites are larger than 1,000 square feet. If you’re looking for something under 1,000 square feet, there is a wider selection in Building B.
The suites in both buildings are divided into three collections; Penthouse Suites, Typical Suites, and Garden Suites. Every suite has a balcony or terrace, with outdoor space ranging from 54 to 324 square feet. Many of the available suites in Building A have outdoor spaces larger than 100 square feet, while there is a wider range of sizes in Building B.
Let’s step back for a second and take a look at the two OHBA Awards Kylemore received for The 6th Angus Glen. The first Award was for the Best New Home Sales Office (1,501 square feet and over). The new presentation centre features a model suite designed by Mike Niven Interior Design, which won the Award for Best Interior Decorating Model Home/Suite (up to 2,000 square feet).
The model suite showcases the 2R+D floor plan, which is a 1,297 square foot, two-bedroom+den suite available in Building B. The 2R+D also has two full bathrooms, a 152 square foot balcony, coffered ceilings, a bright and spacious breakfast area, and an open dining area off the main living space.

The award-winning presentation centre and model suite are located at 4500 Major Mackenzie Drive East, Markham. The renderings are impressive and the virtual tour gives a great fly-through view, but you really need to visit the model suite in person. You have to use the space, touch the finishes and feel the quality with which Kylemore has become synonymous.
