The vibrant streetscape of Bloor and Bathurst has always been a favourite of Torontonians and now Lindvest Properties Limited is bringing an exceptional residential opportunity to the neighbourhood.

B Streets Toronto Lindvest

The cleverly named B.streets Condos at Bloor and Bathurst, designed by internationally-renowned architects Hariri Pontarini, will be a contemporary 9-storey building containing approximately 195 suites, ground floor retail space and townhomes. To capture some of the area’s everyday magic, Lindvest hired professional photographer Tom Ryaboi.

Mr. Ryaboi’s lens brings the neighbourhood’s bold and multi-faceted personality into focus: “I was there to document this diverse community,” says Mr. Ryaboi, “There’s so much happening here on the street level. People truly are the essence of this neighbourhood.” Having lived in the area for five years himself, Mr. Ryaboi’s favourite hotspots include Future Bakery, New Generation Sushi (one of 12 sushi spots on the strip) and the environmentally-friendly Green Beanery.

Located on the cusp of Little Korea and the well-established Annex locale, Bloor and Bathurst represents a true cross-section of Toronto – from working professionals to university students, from street musicians to cinephiles - it’s a corner that simply percolates with life. In one of Mr. Ryaboi’s night shots, cabs zoom past the boldly painted Lee’s Palace, a legendary venue for live music. B.streets sits across the street from century-old Bloor Cinema. This landmark recently announced it will close for renovations and reopen this fall under Hot Docs management, making it home for the internationally renowned documentary film festival.

Those looking for a deal or simply a kitsch experience can’t go wrong with shopping at the iconic Toronto superstore, Honest Ed’s. Mirvish Village bustles with pedestrians browsing the antique shops, comic book and video stores, and cafes featuring improvisational jazz musicians on a nightly basis. There simply isn’t a more desirable residential location in the GTA! Life Happens Here™
