Brampton and Oshawa Top Trimart Sales Report

The latest report from Trimart Research Corporation announces that the new low-rise market continues to show strength in the Greater Toronto Area and throughout the rest of Southern Ontario. Over the last three months, there have been steady gains in inventory and sales, and the year-over-year supply has stayed consistent with 14,000 units. At the end of the first quarter, 25.5% of Trimart’s annual forecast had been achieved.
Listed below are a few notable sites of the last month:
Placing first on this week’s Trimart report is Valleylands, Fieldgate Homes’ Brampton community, which saw 26 sales last month. Valleylands features detached homes on a wide selection of lots ranging from 38’ to 70’, as well as link homes. The available homes range from 1,565 to 4,323 square feet and prices start from $409,990.
Second place is taken by a Trimart hotlist veteran, Kingmeadow by Minto. Kingmeadow is located in Oshawa and saw 21 sales last month. With a great selection of townhomes and 36’ and 43’ detached homes, Kingmeadow has some great options. The homes range from 1,068 to 3,502 square feet and prices start as low as $229,990.
Another Brampton community takes the third place position this week. Vales of Humber by Greenpark saw 19 sales last month. Featuring detached homes, ranging from 1,926 to 7,683 square feet, on lots reaching up to 100’, Vales of Humber has just what you’re looking for in a luxury home. Prices start from $658,990.
Fourth place is taken by another Oshawa community, U.C. by Tribute Communities, which saw 12 sales last month. U.C. features semis and 30’, 36’, and 40’ detached homes, ranging from 1,444 to 5,578 square feet. Prices can be found as low as $297,990.
Also with 12 sales, Kettle Lakes Club by Aspen Ridge Homes in Richmond Hill takes the fifth spot. Kettle Lakes Club offers a beautiful collection of townhomes, ranging from 1,640 to 2,057 square feet with prices starting at $539,990.
Coming in sixth, with 10 sales last month, is Westminster Woods, a Reid’s Heritage Homes community in Guelph. Westminster Woods features an extensive selection of homes, including townhomes, 30’ and 36’ detached homes, and mid-rise units. The homes range from 592 to 2,968 square feet and prices start at $168,900.
