The 6th and BMW Team up in Markham
By Lucas on Jun 24, 2013
On Friday June 21, 2013, we headed out to Markham to attend Kylemore Communities’ very special event at Town+Country BMW where they were promoting a brand new incentive for their luxury condominium, The 6th at Angus Glen.
The incentive offered by Town+Country BMW and The 6th
As of June 22, and throughout the month of July, you will receive $35,000 towards a 39-month lease on any BMW model with a condo purchase at Kylemore’s The 6th. We don’t even have to explain how amazing this promotion is. When was the last time you saw a package deal like this one?
What we really like about the incentive is that both companies are based in Markham. Kylemore and Town+Country BMW have Markham’s best interest in mind, and together, they will enhance the already desirable neighbourhood of Angus Glen.
A few words from Patrick O’Hanlon and Jim Cochrane
President of Kylemore Communities, Patrick O’Hanlon, was the first to take to the flight of stairs to express his excitement for the new partnership between Kylemore and Town+Country BMW:
“The 6th is going to be an experience of living. BMW is an experience of driving. Together, what we are doing is giving you an experience, and what we’re trying to do is make Markham like every other metropolitan city that has the Ritz Carlton of living. Nowhere else in Markham will you experience this. Guess what, a BMW isn’t cheap. And why? Because they’re giving you the best. The 6th is not the cheapest condominium, so if you want the cheapest, there’s the door, you’re in the wrong place. We are giving you the best of everything. In our condominium, you won’t have to upgrade. So, we’re charging a little more, but in the end, you will get the experience, and you will gain in appreciation. I say, at Kylemore, we’re the worst marketers in the world, because not until we build your house, do you actually see what we mean. I hope you come to the conclusion that The 6th is somewhere where you, your parents, or your kids will want to live.”
After his speech, O’Hanlon invited the President of Town+Country BMW, Jim Cochrane, to say a few words. Cochrane touched on how great the community of Unionville is:
“Our business was at Yonge and Steeles for quite a long time, and we moved here in 2002. When we were at Yonge and Steeles, we operated in a place where we might have gotten one or two calls a year from someone asking us to sponsor their kid’s hockey team or buy them sweaters or something. We moved here, we get these calls all the time! We have all kinds of great events in this town. This is a very special community.”
