Bazis and Plaza Release Renderings of 1 Yorkville’s Amenities!

1 Yorkville by Bazis and Plaza is easily one of the most highly anticipated condos in Toronto. Recently, Bazis teased the public with a few renderings of the amenity spaces that 1 Yorkville will feature.

“We started out with two floors of amenities, then we expanded to three, which adds up to quite a monstrous amount of amenity space,” said Allen Chan of DesignAgency.

The first two floors of amenities are located on the fourth and fifth levels. These amenities are all about relaxing the body and mind. Get energized and hit the cross-fit studio or take advantage of the state-of-the-art equipment in the fitness gallery.

Then wind down with a visit to the luxurious spa, which features an outdoor pool, hot tub, and hot-and-cold plunge pools.

Feel like staying dry? Bring your favourite book to the zen garden or cozy lounge.

The other collection of amenities is located on the rooftop! We promise you’ve never seen a rooftop like this before. Inside, the rooftop will feature two party rooms with kitchens, and a great multi-media lounge.

The warmer months is when 1 Yorkville’s rooftop will really shine.
