Aurora Trails Ribbon Cutting Ceremony

On June 3, Newinhomes.com was fortunate enough to attend the Aurora Trials Ribbon Cutting Ceremony at the Presentation Centre at 24 Mavrinac Boulevard.

Mayor Geoffrey Dawe and other Members of Council were in attendance to celebrate the official launching of this new and exciting master-plan by Arista Homes, Fieldgate Homes, OPUS Homes, and Paradise Homes.

“Four great builders, plus Tacc, great people to work with, very community minded, really supporting us and the number of programs we want to do. If you look in the OPUS development, you’ll see that the person who did the photography and the video did that in exchange for a donation to Aurora Food Pantry. That’s really the kind of community that we look forward to building,” said Dawe.

Aurora Trails Preview Open House

Thousands of registrants have been invited to the Preview Open House weekend on June 7 and 8. This is your opportunity to personally browse each builder’s collection of Aurora Trails homes, stress-free.

So, during the Preview Open House, no offers to purchase will be accepted. After attending the Preview Open House, you will be able to book an Exclusive Purchase Appointment online with the builder of your choice on June 8 at 6 pm. Appointments to purchase will be scheduled as early as Monday, June 9.
