Architecture To Vie For At Love Condos

Peter Turner, partner at the award-winning architectural practice says, “The community includes two towers, a stand alone amenity building with a pool and exercise areas, lounge area and landscaped green roof and a collection of townhouses, all surrounded by lush landscaping. The exterior of the 20-storey first tower is a mixture of glass window wall and metal panels, with the townhouses having a finer grained brick to make them more street friendly.”
The Love Condominiums Amenity Centre is a steel, glass and stone, free standing pavilion with enclosed access linking to each of the two condominium towers. “This high one storey pavilion with its outdoor landscaped terrace on the green roof is designed so that the suites overlooking the central landscaped courtyard have attractive views of the Love Condominiums Development,” adds Turner. “The open central landscaped courtyard is designed to enhance the pedestrian friendly neighbourhood and provide immediate access to the adjacent library, shopping centre and transit routes,” he concludes.
