Last weekend, Tridel hosted the Grand Opening of their latest Toronto condo development, Aqualina at Bayside.

On Sept 14., Tridel opened the new Aqualina Presentation Centre at 261 Queens Quay East for the Grand Opening of the development.

We can safely say that the Aqualina Presentation Centre is one of the slickest we’ve seen this year. It featured touchscreens to navigate floorplans, soaring windows to give you the feel for living on the water, and a highly detailed model of the building. To say the least, we were very impressed.

Also, the two model suites featured at Aqualina’s Presentation Centre are must sees. The designs are stunning; people couldn’t take their eyes off them, including us!

As our visit came to a close, we were told that Aqualina is about 80% sold! We’re very happy to hear that this master-planned community is off to such a great start.

About Aqualina at Bayside

Aqualina is the first of six residential phases at the master-planned Bayside Toronto Community. Last June, we spoke with Tridel’s Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing Jim Ritchie about Aqualina, and he explained, “Bayside Toronto will be a large master-planned community – a total of 13 acres and almost 2 million square feet of development. Bayside Toronto will be a mixed-use community including residential, office, retail, and cultural uses. We planned the first component very carefully, which is Aqualina, as well as the two office buildings to follow.”

The suites at Aqualina are divided into two collections: Aqualina Collection and Signature Collection. The suites of the Aqualina Collection range from 566 to 1,216 square feet, and come in one- to three-bedroom plans. The suites of the Signature Collection range from 1,184 to 1,432 square feet and come in two-bedroom plans.

Prices at Aqualina start at $326,500 and reach over $1 million.

As we stated, Aqualina is already about 80% sold, so time is running out to get in on the first phase of Toronto’s largest master-planned community ever. The way we see it, Aqualina is a great investment opportunity, and also a great place to set down some roots and enjoy lakeside living - you just can’t go wrong!
