The Annual BILD Breakfast

Last week BILD (Building Industry and Land Development Association) hosted the land development industry at the annual BILD Breakfast. The BILD Breakfast is where leaders in the industry can congregate for a meal, and also address certain issues that the industry is currently facing.
This year, new BILD president and chief executive officer Bryan Tuckey and Paul Golini of Empire Communities talked about the shift that the industry has made, and what they need to do to stay ahead of the curve.
We could go on glowingly about what was said, but given the power of social media, we might as well let the story tell itself.
The message is one of “shifting,” a shift in supply, a shift in demand, and a shift in market conditions. The industry will continue to change as we mature; our needs will change, our demands will change, and those involved in the new home industry will do everything they can to stay at the forefront of the city’s land development.
