Amenities abound in Toronto condos

If you're in the market for a new home, or even read a few news releases about the new homes industry in the last few years, you've no doubt heard about the hype surrounding Toronto condominium developments.
Although there are way too many reasons to list when trying to explain this condo phenomenon (and trust me, I would if I had the time, but the hype also keeps us pretty busy here at the office), I would like to share with you one of the most appealing aspects of today's condominiums - amenities!
Condo residents can now enjoy the luxury of a pool, fitness centre, party room, entertainment facility and more ? all accessible by the push of an elevator button. This is the ultimate in convenience, particularly for the urban professional with limited free time. These amenities will save you time (travel), money (gym memberships) and make you the envy of all your friends as you show off your fancy virtual games or theatre rooms.
Let's not forget the location factor as well. As many amenities as there are in your building, there are just as many waiting for you outside the lobby doors. Thanks to the prime locations of Toronto condominiums, condo buyers also have access to all the surrounding area amenities like the finest shopping centres, clubs, restaurants and lake or city views.
All of these fine features are usually within walking distance, but if you don't feel like going for stroll, TTC stops and stations are scattered all over the city making transportation easy and affordable. Some downtown condominiums even offer shuttle bus services for residents, meaning you can get rid of your car and help save the environment?not to mention your hard-earned dollars.
New home buyers should keep in mind that business owners like to select their location based on residential density. This means even more amenities should make their way to your neighbourhood after you've moved in.
New condominium developments are hot for many reasons, but the amenities alone are a good enough motive to call up your trusty realtor and take advantage of spectacular high-rise living offered today.
