Alter by Tridel is Now Under Construction!

Alter, one of Tridel’s most striking condo designs, is now under construction and will soon make a strong impact on Toronto’s evolving skyline.

Tridel announced recently that work at the Alter site has begun, but what’s even more important is that they also announced that there is only one three-bedroom suite remaining and there are only three suites remaining in the Loft Collection. It’s not really that much of a shock to hear that there are only a few suites remaining since Tridel did win the Best Salesperson or Team Award at the BILD Awards this year for Alter.

The 3B suite is an 832 square foot plan that starts at $527,000. What we really like about this suite is its traditional layout. All three bedrooms are on one side of the suite, while the living, dining, and kitchen areas are all joined together by an open concept layout. With a southeastern exposure, the 3B offers a balcony on the south side in addition to a French balcony on the east side. The angled balcony spaces are what make Alter’s design stand out so much, and just the fact that the building isn’t entirely glass has won over many homebuyers and locals.

The Loft Collection features suites L01, L02, and L03, sized 905, 875, and 906 square feet, respectively. The lofts are all located on the ground floor and have two levels.
