ADI Development Wins 8 HHHBA Awards of Distinction!

The Hamilton-Halton Home Builder’s Association (HHHBA) recently awarded ADI Development Group eight awards, recognizing their outstanding accomplishments in building, design, promotion and marketing (all for LINK Condos + Towns in Burlington).
Newinhomes.com caught up with CEO/President of ADI Development Group, Tariq Adi, to gain some insight on what distinguishing features have contributed to their success.
Taking home one of the most coveted awards of the event ceremony; Marketing Award of the Year, Adi said that the company places high emphasis on marketing because it offers their customers an opportunity to conceptualize the product they’re purchasing. “We believe in good marketing,” he told us, mentioning that they hire the best so they can adequately represent their developments. Proud to accept awards relating to best magazine and newspaper ads, signage, on-site sales packages and sales offices, he added that careful marketing in presentation centres proves to be effective because, “you can show people what they’re going to get, and it does speak to the product we deliver.”
Also accepting an award for the best condo unit under 1,200 sq. ft. for the Thermae, a suite that received great feedback from home buyers, Adi said the secret behind their success was simple; following their “intellispace” philosophy, the Thermae maximizes utility of every square inch. “It’s just a great plan, it just works,” said Adi, explaining that “[Intellispace] is our trademarked design philosophy that maximizes natural light, lowers energy use, lessens foot traffic and increases storage [in the unit].”

As the experts of marketing for the year, Adi told us that the strategy behind their successful product is “a little more chic, a little more boutique, a little more urban,” which has generated great feedback from a younger demographic. “We are seeing an influx of first-time buyers. We’re seeing a lot of parents looking to get their kids on the right track too, helping with associated costs.” Though their designs depart from more traditional styles, featuring ultra-contemporary glass exteriors, Adi says they have also received positive feedback from empty nesters that appreciate good design.
After such a successful year, ADI Development Group shows no signs of slowing down. Ambiguously confirming rumours of plans for another Burlington project, Adi tells Newinhomes.com to expect great things: “I’m just going to say that this is going to be iconic, it’s going to create a renaissance in Burlington. It’s top secret at the moment, but with a great team of designers, it will create quite the ‘wow’ experience.”
