A closer look at the outdoor amenities at Minto Westside

At the EnerQuality Awards, Minto was named the 2015 Green Builder of the Year for the second year in a row! At the end of 2015, Minto launched an incentive at Minto Westside in Toronto where purchasers received a free Nissan Leaf, one of the country’s best selling electric cars! Clearly, Minto truly cares about the environment, which is why we want to take this opportunity to highlight a few of the outstanding outdoor amenities at Minto Westside!
We realize this isn’t the most mild April we’ve had recently, but let’s take a look at the amazing outdoor amenities at Minto Westside and dream together about lounging by the pool.
1) Central W Courtyard
The Central W Courtyard at Minto Westside features a cozy fire pit area, a lounge with waterside seating, and a shimmering water feature. This stunning landscaped outdoor area is ideal for entertaining and there are many suites that overlook it from private balconies. Whether you’re hosting a large group, having a friend over for a quiet evening, or relaxing with a book after a long day’s work, the Central W Courtyard can accommodate you.
2) W2 Courtyard
The W2 Courtyard is located on the east side of the building, and is also perfect for entertaining small and large groups. There is plenty of seating and areas for alfresco dining, plus there is a prep and bar area for food.
Minto Westside’s fitness facility, Movement Haus, is also located on this side of the building. The floor-to-ceiling windows allow a lot of natural light into the workout area, plus there is an outdoor space for yoga, Pilates, or stretching. Imagine getting up early on a spring or summer weekend and meeting up with friends and neighbours for an outdoor yoga session!
3) Plunge Social
Located on the ninth floor, this rooftop terrace features a Plunge bar, a pool, waterside lounge areas, and lush greenery. The Plunge Zone is where the indoor party space opens up to the outdoor pool, so you can throw get-togethers where people can choose to hang out inside or go for a dip!

The suites at Minto Westside range from 320 to 989 square feet, with everything from studios to three-bedrooms available. Every suite comes with a balcony, the majority of them around 50 square feet, but there are many larger ones reaching anywhere from 100 to 800 square feet! For example, the three-bedroom 844 Flex suite has an 807 square foot terrace!
