A better look at the rooftop terraces at RADIANCE

Every time DIAM Developments releases more information about RADIANCE in Innisfil, we get more excited about the upcoming opening, which is scheduled for this fall.
Recently, DIAM shared a new exterior rendering of RADIANCE’s rooftop terraces, showcasing the potential of these amazing outdoor areas. Upon close inspection, you’ll notice the stone detailing mixed with the charcoal-grey brick, adding a touch of sophistication to the streetscape.
One of the things that has stood out the most about RADIANCE is the contemporary architecture. Innisfil is on the verge of a residential boom and most of the current and many of the new homes to be built feature a traditional aesthetic with clay brick and peaked roofs. DIAM is spicing things up with RADIANCE, and we think it’s a step in the right direction for the town.
The slick design and starting price in the upper $400,000s (UPDATE - Sept. 25, 2017: available townhomes now start in the $500,000s) will definitely encourage some first-time buyers and move-up buyers to call Innisfil home, and that’s what the town needs as it continues to grow.
The Building Industry and Land Development Association (BILD) recently announced that the average price of a new low-rise home in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) in July 2017 was more than $1.3 million. That’s a scary number for couples looking for a family home and tenants looking to realize their dream of homeownership.
We’ve seen it all year - buyers are looking to areas just outside of the GTA, like Innisfil, for a wider selection of relatively more affordable homes. And they’re discovering gems like RADIANCE.
Kind of went on a tangent there, it’s just that RADIANCE is such a great opportunity and it’s so different than what’s being offered in Innisfil, so we get distracted.

In addition to the stone detailing, you get a better view of the outdoor spaces, which feature privacy dividers, glass panels, and plenty of lounge space. Whether you’re relaxing under the stars with a loved one or hosting a barbecue party, these rooftop terraces can accommodate.
A couple other things that caught our attention - the rendering gives you a good view of the garages, and it looks like there are single and double garages available. Also, the treetop views will be great, more so from the third-storey terrace.
