90 Niagara: The Coolest Neighbourhood in Toronto

It’s only been a few weeks since Fieldgate first presented 90 Niagara, our new boutique condo in Toronto. We’ve already received some great feedback, and we know that the neighbourhood is one of the major draws!
What’s not to like? 90 Niagara is located right where the King West neighbourhood, Fashion District, and historic Fort York district mesh, so it benefits from a wide range of convenient amenities. Shopping, spas, sports and entertainment, restaurants, bars, cafes - you name it, it’s within walking distance.
The shopping opportunities are endless. The streets are lined with local and independent shops like GOTSTYLE, a high-end menswear store, as well as big brand names like Guess. All the fashion boutiques and galleries of Queen Street West are also just steps away!
Some days you just need to take a break and hit the spa. Head over to Hammam Spa where they specialize in traditional Turkish baths, or maybe stop in at Ritual for a classy mani-pedi.
As for restaurants, bars, and cafes - take your pick. Keep it simple with a tall americano from Starbucks, or get a taste of Paris at Brioche Doree. Host a lunch meeting at Bier Markt, or check out Toronto’s oldest watering hole and catch the game with the boys on wing night.
Also, fancy date nights are a must, and there are a number of trendy establishments for such an evening. Tickle your tastebuds with Latin street food at Valdez, sample some wine at CIBO, or savour some scotch at Spirithouse.
90 Niagara’s neighbourhood may have it all, but if there is ever another location in Toronto or beyond that is calling your name, just hop on the 24-hour King Streetcar and it can take you anywhere you need to go.
Without a doubt, 90 Niagara is at the heart of Toronto’s best.
