90 Niagara Construction Starting in March!

Time is running out to take advantage of preconstruction pricing at Fieldgate Homes’ downtown Toronto boutique condo, 90 Niagara because construction is scheduled to commence in March!
The 90 Niagara sales office will be closing soon in preparation of the start of construction, and with it will go the low prices and the model suite. Kitchens feature high gloss Euro-style wood grain laminate cabinetry with quartz countertops. The finishes are up to date, but not trendy and there’s an emphasis on texture rather than colour.”

Patton is also responsible for the incredible model suite design, which you need to see! “The model suite demonstrates that you can live comfortably and beautifully at 90 Niagara,” Patton explains. “Our team created a space that is absolutely inviting. The furnishings are chic – classic modern with a slight vintage twist. The palette is comprised of neutral tones of driftwood, grey, sand. And it’s all punched up with some striking accents in art and accessories.”

Located at Niagara and Bathurst in the King West neighbourhood, 90 Niagara is surrounded by the best that downtown Toronto has to offer.
