6 model homes at Belle Aire Shores in Innisfil are under construction!

Two decades ago, homebuilders recognized the potential of locations like Milton and Woodbridge. The value of the land in these areas has increased exponentially over the years, and we think we’re seeing this happen again in another Southern Ontario location.
Fernbrook Homes, Pristine Homes, and Zancor Homes have teamed up to bring Belle Aire Shores to Innisfil, an intimate town on the shore of Lake Simcoe that is poised for development.
What’s important to note about this team of builders is that they are working together to build a master-planned, cohesive community in Innisfil. Typically, when more than one builder is involved at a new community site, the branding is often the only thing that is shared. Fernbrook, Pristine, and Zancor are doing things differently, ensuring that they develop, build, and design attractive and well planned streetscapes.
Belle Aire Shores is one of the largest townhome and detached communities to launch in Innisfil and it will certainly serve as the foundation of a new era of homebuilding in Simcoe County. Working with RN Design, the builders are setting a new standard of low-rise living.
Construction update at Belle Aire Shores
Belle Aire Shores will feature beautiful townhomes, as well as 36’, 42’, and 50’ detached homes. According to a recent blog post on the community website, there are currently six model homes that are under construction and work on the sales centre is ahead of schedule thanks to the mild November weather.
The framing of the model homes is nearing completion and the roof trusses look to be complete on all but one of the homes. The photo included in the blog post was most likely taken a few days ago, so we wouldn’t be surprised if the models already look different!
The windows on the model homes are being installed and the brick and stonework will be starting very soon, if it hasn’t begun already! We’re sure that Innisfil residents have spotted the homes and are getting excited about what the finished product will look like.
Belle Aire Shores in the heart of Innisfil
Located at 20th Sideroad and 6th Line, Belle Aire Shores is minutes from the beaches and parks on the shores of Lake Simcoe. If you’re a boating or fishing enthusiast, this area is basically paradise.
Innisfil may have a small town atmosphere, but there are still many neighbourhood amenities, including grocery stores, banks, shopping centres, restaurants, and other entertainment venues.
There are both Catholic and public elementary schools within a short drive of Belle Aire Shores, and there are also a few high schools, so this is a good opportunity to set firm roots and raise a family.
