38’ and 44’ luxury detached homes released at Impressions in Kleinburg!

Last weekend, we had the pleasure of attending the Impressions opening where Fieldgate Homes and Paradise Developments released a new collection of luxury detached homes.

The Building Industry and Land Development Association (BILD) recently reported that new single-family home sales dropped 65% year-over-year in April. Knowing that, we were interested to see what the turnout would be like at Impressions in Kleinburg. We’re happy to report that this opening is a proof that demand is still strong in the Greater Toronto Area’s new home market!

When we arrived, the parking lot was starting to fill up. Fieldgate and Paradise both advertised Impressions as the fastest selling new home community in Kleinburg, and we believe them. There was a good crowd and families were buying homes.

The good turnout may have had something to do with the special bonus the builders were offering. With purchase, buyers received $20,000 to put towards their decor upgrades. The standard finishes at Impressions are already high quality, so the $20,000 really boosted people’s decor budgets.

We pointed this out a few days before the opening – we really think the neighbourhood is a huge selling point. The village vibe and close-knit community makes Kleinburg very family-friendly, and the breathtaking natural landscape is unparalleled.

There are shops, schools, banks, grocery stores, art galleries, and parks peppering the neighbourhood, so everything your family needs is just minutes away by car. One of the biggest attractions for locals and tourists is the McMichael Canadian Art Collection (we may mention this every time we discuss Kleinburg).

The sales centres are located at Hwy 27 and Major Mackenzie Dr. West. We haven’t received word of a sell out yet, so the sales centres should be open Monday to Thursday this week.
