If your new year’s resolution was to buy and move into a brand new home this year, then Valleylands in West Brampton by Fieldgate Homes is where you need to look!
Fieldgate recently shared the news on their blog that the Valleylands model homes are for sale. There are two with 30-day closings and one with a three-month closing. That’s right, you could move into one of Brampton’s most successful and sought-after communities in a month’s time.
The three available models are the Cardinal, Dove, and Oriole, all of which have a two-car garage. The Cardinal is a 2,010 square foot, 38’ detached home with three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.
The Dove is also a 38’ model with 2,300 square feet of living space, four bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The Oriole is the largest of the quick-closing models with almost 3,000 square feet of living space on a 41’ lot. The plan has four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.
This weekend, Fieldgate is opening the model homes for touring. If you already have plans for Saturday or Sunday, scratch ‘em out and make your way to Valleylands instead.
Oriole
Finding a new detached home in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) with a closing this quick in a neighbourhood as good as this is a rare find, so we’re guessing these models won’t be available for much longer.
Located near Chinguacousy Rd. and Bonnie Braes Dr., Valleylands is surrounded by schools, shopping, banks, and restaurants. Nearby transit is extremely reliable for getting around the city and there’s quick and easy access the Hwy 407.
