3 video tours of the model suites at Musée
By Lucas on Aug 31, 2017
We recently had the opportunity to visit Musée, Plaza’s now complete condo at Bathurst and Adelaide in Toronto. Since Musée is now ready for you to move in, we toured three model suites to give you an idea of what’s available!
If you’re in search of a one-bedroom+den, then you have to act quickly because there is only one remaining. Unit 1635 is a 601 square foot unit with a western exposure. The den is a really good size for a work space, but as you’ll see in our video walkthrough, Plaza has it decorated as another sitting area.
One thing we really like about Unit 1635 is the glass wall in the bedroom because it allows the western sunlight to enter the bedroom without actually having a window. For privacy when you have guests over, it’s simple enough to hang curtains in the bedroom.
The open concept layout allows for space for a bar-style table, large enough for two, and there’s also a breakfast nook area near the balcony door. We can see either a single person or a couple living here comfortably!
This unit comes with a locker and one parking spot, and is priced at $549,000.
The next two units we visited were both three-bedroom units on the 11th floor. Unit 1106 is a 1,071 square foot unit with a northwestern exposure, and 1116 is 1,034 square feet with a southeastern view.
Both units have spacious, bright bedrooms and open concept living and kitchen areas. The layouts are technically three-bedrooms, but you can really do anything you like with these rooms; in each model, Plaza has one of the bedrooms decorated like a lounge or reading room.
Another thing we noticed was how many walk-in closets there are, specifically in 1106. Every bedroom has a walk-in!
We can see a family of three to four people living in these three-bedrooms at Musée, and we can also picture empty nesters retiring in downtown Toronto and having spare bedrooms for when their kids visit. The three-bedrooms start in the mid $900,000s.
We did not get an opportunity to tour any of the Soho collection, but these are all one-bedroom+dens with two bathrooms, making them ideal units for roommates or couples that need separate bathrooms. The Soho collection starts in the low $600,000s.
Visit Musée in Toronto for yourself!
Now that we’ve given you a sneak peek of the model suites at Musée, you really need to see these units in person. Our videos don’t do it justice!
All of the suites come with a locker, the one-bedroom+dens have one parking spot included in the price, and the three-bedrooms have two parking spots included in the price.
There are 11 units remaining at Musée and you can move in now, so visit the sales office as soon as you can!
The sales office is located on the ground floor of Musée at 525 Adelaide Street West, Unit 1, and is open Monday to Thursday from 12 pm to 6 pm, weekends and holidays from 11 am to 5 pm, and on Fridays by appointment. You can also call 416-551-9449 for more details.
