3 New Stunning Model Suites at Key West Condos!

Last weekend, the Time Group Corporation celebrated the official opening of three new designer-decorated model suites at Key West Condos along Etobicoke’s burgeoning waterfront.
To all who attended the opening of the suites, Times Group offered an amazing purchasing incentive. Any homebuyer putting 10% down received 2% off the purchase price, plus their choice of free upgrades up to a value of $25,000, and they also paid no development fees! It goes without saying that there were a few sales last weekend.
The new model suites are located on the third and fourth floors and offer views of the picturesque Mimico Creek ravine. Two of the new models feature two-bedroom floor plans, sized 965 and 865 square feet. The one-bedroom model suite is 545 square feet. If you’re looking for a new condo on the waterfront, then you should definitely visit these new models!
The available suites at Key West Condos range from 520 to 1,225 square feet, and boast high quality interior features and finishes, such as 9’ and 10’ ceilings, energy efficient double-glazed windows, plank laminate or hardwood flooring, ENERGY STAR appliances, as well as quartz or solid-surface countertops.
Key West Condos will also offer an amazing array of amenities, including a lounge/party room with a bar and presentation kitchen, a dining room, and a billiards area. We also learned that with all the condos, a lot of retail space has been built, and all this space is in the process of being filled. Having a wide selection of street level retail, combined with the proximity to the Waterfront Trail, the walkability of Etobicoke’s waterfront is definitely going to rise!
Getting around the rest of Etobicoke and even getting downtown Toronto is a breeze since the TTC and GO stations are nearby, and the Gardiner is easily accessible. By now, you're probably wishing that you were at the model suite opening last weekend. Don’t worry, the suites are still open for touring!
