3 big community events by Averton Homes coming soon!

Summer is typically a slow period for new home sales, mostly because people are out enjoying the weather and going on vacation, so buying a new home is usually one of the last things on their mind. Builders use this lull to plan their fall season releases, openings, and other events, and one builder that has been very busy planning ahead for September and October is Averton Homes.
Averton Homes’ Construction Kick-Off event consists of a series of three different events at three different communities; Victoria Highlands, Beacon Hill, and Main Street Seaton. Averton has seen a great deal of success at all three of these communities, so this is your chance to get your foot in the door.
Victoria Highlands
At Victoria Highlands in Mt. Albert, Averton is hosting an inventory blowout on September 19th from 12 pm to 3 pm at the sales office at 19103 Hwy 48. The inventory blowout features two-storey detached homes on 33’, 40’, 50’, and 65’ lots, with prices ranging from $600,990 to $833,990.
There are also non-inventory homes available. There are bungalows and two-storey detached homes on 33’ and 40’ lots starting in the mid $500,000s. These homes range from 1,798 to 3,342 square feet. This is a great opportunity for homebuyers looking for a new home in Mt. Albert with a quick closing!
Beacon Hill
Beacon Hill is Averton’s Bowmanville community, which has seen a lot of sales recently. On September 26th, Averton is celebrating the official groundbreaking at Beacon Hill, so the special event will be your last chance to purchase with pre-construction pricing.
The community features bungalows and two-storey detached homes, ranging from 1,367 to 3,348 square feet, with prices starting in the low $400,000s. The groundbreaking event is located at the Beacon Hill sales office from 12 pm to 3 pm at 300 Mearns Avenue.
Main Street Seaton
Exactly a week after Averton breaks ground at Beacon Hill, the ceremonial shovels will be put to work in Pickering at Main Street Seaton (event on October 3rd). Once again, this is your last chance at pre-construction pricing, with homes ranging from 925 to 1,418 square feet and starting in the $280,000s.
Main Street Seaton offers an array of heritage inspired brownstones, including urban towns (stacked townhomes), garden towns (back-to-back townhomes), and coach towns (back-to-back townhomes). The groundbreaking celebration will take place at the sales office from 12 pm to 3 pm at 2725 Brock Road.
