Earlier in August, Minto started collecting registrations for their highly anticipated Minto Yorkville Park condo development in Toronto. Recently, Minto released more information about Yorkville Park, commenting on the architecture and famous neighbourhood, as well as the features and finishes that will be on display in the sales centre when it opens later this fall.

The architectural design of Yorkville Park

Yorkville Park is Minto’s third development in the area, following their rental apartment development MintoYorkville and their luxurious Prince Arthur residences - so it is very important for Minto to bring something fresh to the streetscape.

“Given Minto’s inspiring connection with this address, we wanted to keep pushing boundaries. Minto Yorkville Park will be an iconic sculpture at the heart of the city, its façade draped in a floating glass veil set on a stunning streetscape podium of complementary limestone and polished black granite that will resonate with the scale and textures of Yorkville,” says Sol Wassermuhl, President, Page+Steele/IBI Group Architects in a recent release.

Yorkville Park will rise 25 storeys, providing incredible city views to the higher suites and tranquil views of the Village of Yorkville Park for the lower boutique units. Residents will have easy access to 5,700 square feet of new retail space, which will feature only high-end shops and restaurants.

Living in Toronto’s most prized neighbourhood

“Living in Yorkville represents the pinnacle of urban prestige and residents will simply enjoy the best Toronto has to offer. Minto Yorkville Park will be at the heart of it all. It will truly be an impeccable home,” says Amanda Wilson Watkins, Vice-President of Marketing and Sales for Minto.

Located at 88 Cumberland (Bellair and Cumberland), Yorkville Park unsurprisingly has a Walk Score of 100. Whatever you’re in search of - a quaint cafe, fine dining, an art gallery, or your favourite designer label - Yorkville Park will be within walking distance of it.

Start your weekend with a friend at Zaza Espresso Bar and try one of their famous paninis with an americano. Then fit in a little shopping along Bellair at Uncle Otis Clothing or MAXI Boutique before stopping in at Yamato Japanese Restaurant for a quick lunch. To complete your day, catch a movie at the Cineplex Odeon Varsity Theatre or take in the latest exhibit at the Royal Ontario Museum.

Yorkville may be considered by many Toronto’s most luxurious and highly sought after neighbourhood, but the city is full of other exciting amenities, and with easy access to the Yonge Subway Line and Bloor Subway Line, it’s all only a short ride away.

The suites of Yorkville Park

Yorkville Park will feature 200 suites, boasting strategically designed one-, two-, and three-bedroom floorplans, ranging from 431 to 1,060 square feet. Prices start at $389,900.

When the sales centre at 94 Cumberland (7th floor) opens later this fall, some of the best features and finishes available will be on display, including chic lighting and a custom built island in the kitchen. The model gourmet kitchen will also feature a paneled fridge and dishwasher, along with quartz countertops and matte wood grain cabinetry.

There will also be a model bathroom open for touring, which will offer an impressive selection of features, including polished stone and porcelain accents, gold faucets and fixtures, a deep soaker tub, and a rain showerhead in a walk-in shower.
