20,000 Reasons to Go to the Grand Opening of Minto Yorkville Park

The Minto Yorkville Park grand opening is scheduled for Saturday, June 27! The doors to the new sales centre at 101 Yorkville Avenue will open at 12 pm sharp. The grand opening celebration will go all weekend, from 12 pm to 5 pm on Saturday and Sunday.

We had the pleasure of attending the Friends and Family opening late last year, and it was quite the event. Hors d’oeuvres were served, there were women painted gold, and it was the first time the scale model building had been presented. There were easily over a few hundred people in attendance. Then just a month after that, the sales centre doors were crowded for the preview opening, at which point, Minto Yorkville Park had received over 3,000 registrations in just three months!

Out of those 3,000 registrations, 350 appointments were booked, and today there is still a great selection of suites from one-bedroom to three-bedroom. The available suites range from 441 to 950 square feet and offer a wide array of interior features and finishes, including 9’ and 10’ ceilings, designer vanity cabinets, wide plank engineered hardwood flooring, premium appliance packages, and caesarstone countertops.
As a developer who’s very environmentally conscious, Minto is implementing many green features at Minto Yorkville Park, targeting LEED certification. Energy and water saving fixtures have been selected for the suites, which will also save you money.
